Accomplishments
On Stage is now celebrating its 16th year in Cedar City and our 5th Year in St.George and is known as the Top Studio in Southern Utah. On Stage is well renowned in Southern Utah for their superior performing and technical skill level. On Stage performs at dance reviews, community events, fundraisers, and several competitions throughout the state of Utah. While Heather is proud of the accomplishments of her students, the main focus of the studio is that the students display their passion and artistry of dance each and every time they perform and leave an impression with their audience. On Stage Dancers also contribute to the dancing community and to their schools with a majority of On Stage dancers making up the Mohey Tawa, Talon and other dance and cheer teams. On Stage is not only the best place for these dancers to train and to become integral members of these teams but to keep dancing and learning all styles of dance with professional instruction by the most educated and experienced instructors in Southern Utah.

*On Stage Dancer, and now teaching assistant is now on Tremaine Dance Company for 2010.
*Dancer selected as Year Round Scholarship winner for Tremaine Dance Convention
*Dancer selected to attend Summer Instensive with Tremaine Dance Convention
*2010 Top Jazz, Top Lyrical, Intermediate and Advanced High Point Champions at Dixie Jam
*2010 Choreography Award, Overall Grand Champion in Advanced and Intermediate
*2010 Top Jazz at Spring Fling
*2009 Director Heather Sprouse awarded Teacher scholarship at the “Pulse” in Las Vegas.
*2009 three of our dancers from Cedar, Parowan, and Desert Hills were all chosen as Dance Sterling Scholars with Cedar and Desert Hills becoming Regional runner ups.
*Tremaine Dance Convention-Elite 1st Place lyrical and 2nd place jazz. Premier Elite 2nd Place lyrical. Piano Man-modern 3rd Place
*Dance America 2009 Spring Fling Overall Advanced High Point champions, also Top lyrical and Top Jazz over entire competition.
*Champion Productions 2009 Overall Advanced Junior High Point Champions
*Dance America 2009 Dixie Jam Top lyrical routine
*Guest Performers at Royal Ballet of London Performance in Cedar City in 2009
*Placed 2nd, 2nd, and 3rd at the Las Vegas Tremaine Convention where studios were represented from across the United States
*Two On Stage dancers were chose for Scholarships for Tremaine out of 400 Senior dancers in 2008.
*Overall Lyrical Performance at Dance America’s Spring Fling 2008.
*Overall Studio High Point Champions at Las Vegas Spectacular 2008.
*Overall Studio Sweepstakes winner of the Mohey Tawa Competition 2008,
*Qualifier for the ESPN2 Nationally broadcast Company Dance Convention Nationals.
*High Point Champions three times at Dance America competitions, where they received the highest score out of over 100 competing routines.
*2005 recipient of the Grand Champion High Point at Champion Productions competition held in St.George, Utah where they competed against teams from all over the state of Utah.
*Judges’ Choice for Best Technique, Best Choreography, Best Execution, Best Team Unity, and Best Overall Studio for seven years!
