Larissa Dabb is our Dancer of the Month. She has been with On Stage for many years and is a member of our Junior Prep Company and also takes hip hop and modern. Larissa is a great worker and attentive student in her classes and we are glad to have her at the studio.
St.George-Danzi Jones

Danzi Jones is our Dancer of the Month for February. Danzi has been with On Stage for many years and started at our Cedar City studio and recently moved to our St.George studio where she is on Junior Team. She has been working hard in her classes and is great member to her new team.

Summer has become known as a time for dancers to TREMENDOUSLY improve their flexibility, technique and skill level. I have found dancers can make the most improvement during the summer. It is a great way to keep children active and physically and mentally stimulated while school is out. This has been a huge advantage to On Stage students in becoming more advanced, by taking summer we prepare during summer so we may jump right in to new and different skills in fall as opposed to reviewing and getting dancers back to where they were before summer. Also, remember that taking during the summer ensures that your dancer will be guaranteed a spot for fall! Those who decide to take summer off will be put on a waiting list for fall. We do offer pro-rating for summer as well so you can enjoy your vacations. (you pay per class, as long as it is done prior to the 1st of the upcoming month) and maintain your spot.
On Stage Staff will be attending numerous Professional conventions, Master Classes, and traveling to NYC to attend a Professional Teachers workshop and to take master classes from the Dance Industries BEST! Our priority is to bring On Stage only the best in quality and instruction. In order to provide the best instruction we as instructors must take time to continue to educate ourselves.
Auditions and Placement will be AUG 17th and 18th for
ALL COMPANIES AND ELITE TEAMS in Cedar and Aug 19th in St.George!
*Those dancers interested in auditioning will need to be enrolled in jazz, ballet and Company prep for all Companies. They will be learning a ballet, jazz, and Company piece in their classes for auditions. For more info on Companies or Teams please email heather@onstagedancestudio.com
Also dancers will be evaluated and put in the appropriate ballet and jazz class and we will continue to watch progress in the case the dancer needs to be moved to a more appropriate class. This is to ensure that all dancers are pushed and challenged to be their best of their abilities and have the greatest potential for progression.
On Stage welcomes any feedback from you to continue to ensure your dancer is getting the BEST! Please email us with any ideas you may have so that we may provide you the best education for your child. We already have so many new ideas for all the classes to really improve the studio to an even higher level than we are at.
I want to thank all of you for the great opportunity you give me and the other instructors to push your children and really give them a well-rounded dance education. I am very proud of our dancers and the huge accomplishments they all make each day. I have received so many compliments from Salt Lake studio directors and College Dance Faculty about they amazing technical dancers we provide to all the high school dance teams, cheer squads, and college dance groups. So get ready for MORE, if you thought your dancers improved this year you haven’t seen ANYTHING YET!
SUMMER REGISTRATION CARDS HAVE BEEN HANDED OUT AND MUST BE TURNED IN BY MAY 12TH.
DVD’s are ALL in!
Cedar DVD’s are now in and available at studio as well as St.George DVD’s. They are available during studio hours
