Great job to all our dancers, you have all improved so much. I am so proud of all your hard work and improvement you have made. The teams this year can’t even be compared to the high caliber of this year. So proud of all of you.
NOTE FROM JUDGE:
“I wanted to take a minute and thank all the amazing dancers that took part in the audition process this week at On Stage dance studio. The Level of talent that I was fortunate enough to witness was outstanding. Having judged last years audition as well, the level of talent has increased so drastically that there should be no comparison to last years teams or level. Any comparison to last year’s teams or placement would be a misrepresentation of the talents I have seen this past week. The level of commitment, talent and pure passion to dance was a inspiring surprise, as most dancers today see the gift of dance as a right or a means of passing time, whereas On Stage dancers knew that dancing is a privilege. To those dancers who are alternates for the elite teams, there should be no discredit to your abilities you are all stunning and talented dancers. However as a dancer there is never a limit on improvement. Take this opportunity to improve and show your dedication and passion for dance. Prove that you want and deserve a place on the team, take those additional ballet, modern, and jazz classes and show how much you want it. With that little extra push and drive you will be in the pieces this year. To all the dancers who auditioned this week and are questioning your placement remember this; the talent of dancers is unbelievable! When placing dancers it was more about who danced well as a group and who moved the same rather then who was better then another. The decision was not an easy choice by any means. You are all stunning, gifted, and overall inspiring group of dancers and I am so excited to be able to share this upcoming year with all of you. I am truly blessed to be a part of such an amazing group of dancers! Thank you for sharing you talents, and I look forward to an AMAZING year, Good luck dancers! “
*For alternates, you will be dancing in both recitals and CAN also dance and compete with team. Judge noted that alternates were very close and think with a little more time will be right there, so stay on your classes and here is your chance to prove yourself. You are considered a member of the team and are held to all requirements of the team
You can get feedback AFTER the break, and I can also give you my opinion from observing tryouts as well.

Sign up for Epic Convention Now!
All dancers wanting to attend the Epic Dance Convention on Oct 22 & 23rd in Midway, Utah need to sign up with Heather by Sept 25th. All Elite members are required to attend and convention is open for ALL On Stage Dancers ages 5 and up ! Email heather@onstagedancestudio.com for details on event. This is a great opportunity to expand your skill level and dance experience in a small professional convention setting at a great resort. The Homested in Midway!
Order “New” On Stage Shirts!
On Stage will be ordering optional On Stage short sleeve white burnout shirts, and grey tank tops! I will have artwork for you to see. They are similar design to our winter white long sleeve shirts. They will be approx. $20 (could be less if we order larger quantity)and we will do a pre-order and all orders will need to be in by July 8th and we will only order these one time only!
Get into shape with ZUMBA, Cardio Crunch and “New” kick boxing!!!
Check out our great classes for summer to get into they swimsuit! We now have Cardio Crunch on Monday’s at 7:30, our “New” Kick boxing class is Tues and Thurs at 6:30 and ZUMBA is Wed at 6:30. All classes are FREE for 1st timers and then only $5 per class after or $50 for 12 class punch card. COME CHECK OUT THESE FUN CLASSES THAT GET YOU IN SHAPE FOR SUMMER!

mittens, all costumes, warmups (except Mini and Tiny teams in St. George),
black On Stage shirt, zebra booty shorts. JAZZ CLASSES – black On Stage
shirt, zebra booty shorts, body wrappers suntan convertable body tight, tan t-straps (caramel capezio
pendini). BALLET – black leotard(style number in class requirements), pink tights, pink ballet shoes (see class requirements on website), black tutu (they will be order for you,
for $12. PRESCHOOL/PREK/PRETEAM – black tap and black ballets (not
slippers), earrings, suntan tights, costume. ST. GEORGE COMBO CLASS – red On
Stage shirt, black booty shorts, suntan tights and black ballet or gore boot.

need! This have been listed in Class requirements and for All companies and teams were given out in September! Please don’t wait until the last minute, it is heavy dance season and many places will be out of stock or back ordered.
